01 · The 120 Invitation
A community where rooted faith and purposeful business growth intersect.
Less hustle. More devotion.
Less striving. More surrender.
Not more achievement. Greater obedience.
Not more influence. Greater Kingdom impact.
To the leaders who know they’re called to more.
“Follow Me.”
Welcome to the 120 Movement.
02 · The Foundation
Community: Like the 120 believers gathered in Acts, we will gather, break bread, share resources, live generously, spur on and encourage each other to live life on mission. From this group, the Lord will launch His dreams He has put into the hearts of those who love Him.
The Fellowship of the Believers
“They all joined together constantly in prayer. In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty).” — Acts 1:15
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” — Acts 2:42–47
“In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.” — Acts 2:17–18

05 · What Makes 120 Different
The Posture of the Hearts in the Room
On-mission Believers whose heart’s desire is to radically, obediently, and eagerly follow the voice of the Lord. Those who want to partner with what God is doing in our current times to advance His Kingdom. This is primary and most essential.
Builders
Those who don’t just want to sit around and watch what unfolds, but those who are already rolling up their sleeves to get in on the action. Builders, creators, investors, dreamers, do-ers.
Launching Ground for God-Given Dreams
We believe the Lord has put His dreams into the hearts of His people… and we want to pull those out and launch them into the world. Doing this in community allows us to go so much further faster. Bringing the things of Heaven to Earth.
Community That Lasts
We don’t see this as a year-long program you join and then leave. We view this as establishing roots with life-long friendships that you love. Those you can lock arms with for the long haul. Journey through the seasons of life with. Hold us accountable and cheer us on to be all that God has called us to be.
120 Now
We want to raise up and disciple young leaders in their 20’s to grow alongside this seasoned community. The members of 120 will have the opportunity to invite a “20 Something” into the movement to experience all that this community represents.

07 · The Founder
Founder, 120
For more than two decades, Chad has served as a quiet catalyst inside one of the most influential leadership organizations, previously as Chief of Staff of Maxwell Leadership, John Maxwell’s for-profit and non-profit leadership arms.
His work has been to steward the values, the culture, and the people that turn a brand into a movement — to make rooms that produce growth instead of just gathering, to shape teams that celebrate one another, and to pour into leaders who will, in turn, pour into others. The same instinct behind that work is the instinct behind 120: servant leadership, team over self, values as the operating system, and people wanting more for each other than from each other.
“A Catalyst is an agent of positive change that leaves no residue of itself.” This room isn’t about one person — it’s about the gathering of the right 120.
